finally it's over!

My mommy has been oncall for the past week, but that's over! She has been hogging the computer! Everytime I want to get online she's on the computer! So it's work and it pays for my treats.... WHO CARES!
Tall Guy came back and I put him through some more testing. I like Minou's idea to eat poop first, but I didn't have any poop to eat before I licked him... maybe I could just lick myself and then lick him.... that would be a test. I don't know where to go to get the poop... Sammy says horse poop is yummy, but I don't think we have horses around here. I got this picture of "Tall Guy". Mommy thinks he cute.... but not as cute as me. I need to find some poop! That would be a good test. I haven't gotten my tongue way up his nose yet either. I think I need another test that doesn't include poop... I don't think I'm going to even get close to any edible poop for awhile! Sammy poops a lot, but I'm not getting near that. Sammy said that cat poop wasn't so bad either, but that stupid cat Donatella is gone to Florida, living with my sissy. Maybe I can get Sissy to send me some of Donatella's poop!
My mommy made biscuits last weekend too! She made chicken biscuits and peanut butter biscuits! YUMMMY! Then she put carob and unsweetened coconut on the chicken biscuits so that they looked all fancy and she took the too the hospital where Sammy had his surgery and gave them to the staff!!!! NO FAIR! We did get to keep some without the stuff on them though.

Sammy got his cone off yesterday!!!! He was SOOOOO happy! He also got another shot in his eyeball! Ouch! I don't want a shot in my eyeball!

something I forgot!

Okay... even though I think that "Tall Guy" needs more testing. He was very cute and Sammy and I did like him. I kind of hope he comes back for more testing!

Sammy went back to the Dr.'s today... they gave him a shot in the eye! Ouch!!!!! I guess he's probably not faking it!

Well, yesterday Sammy had another pressure spike... I'm starting to think he's just faking it to get attention. Anyway Mommy gave him stuff and he was okay. Then she went out to eat with this guy. I wasn't so sure this was a good idea, cause I hadn't met him yet. After dinner they came home so Mommy could check on Sam... and so Sam and I could check him out. I thought he might be a giant at first... he was very tall. Sammy liked him because they took his cone off and scratched his head. Sammy such a typical guy, just scratch on him or throw his ball and he's happy... I am not so easily impressed. I put him through some rigorous testing... nose lovin', jumping on him, face licking and belly scratching. He past those test, but I will do more testing next time. I don't know what that will be, but I will think of something good! Ideas are welcome!

I have to stay home alone again tomorrow. :(

it just doesn't stop!

Well, Sammy's eye had a pressure spike again tonight! I was very worried! I hate it when that happens, but Mommy got in gear and gave him the "hail Mary" meds... a.k.a. liquid gold, that's what Mommy calls it! Anyway, we ended up making a emergency trip to the Opthalmologist at 7:30 tonight! When we got there we had to wait in the vestibule for someone to let us in... I got so excited that I poo'ed! Mommy stepped in it! Then much to my surprise, and Mommy's, the vet on duty was the cute young guy! He was very impressed with my poo and Mommy's shoe... she had to take it off! HA HA HA! So he carried Sammy and Mommy carried me AND HER STINKY SHOE in the elevator! HA HA HA! Anyway, cute young vet checked Sammy's eye, I don't think it looks so good, but what do I know... I'm a Chihuahua. He said that Mommy had done a good job of getting the pressure down and there was not much to do until morning... I think that means I have to stay home alone again tomorrow. :(

not alone today!!!! :)

Thank goodness!!!! Sammy got to stay home with me today! I don't like to stay home alone and I make sure I yell at my mommy to let her know when she's walking out the door! It's not fair!

Oh and to make matters worse.... and I blame Minou and Miss Emmi Lou for this. My mommy bought knitting needles!!!!! OMG! She was bored this weekend when she was staying home with Sammy, so she ran to the store and bought knitting needles and yarn! Now she's got this stupid sweater pattern she found online and she's making me a sweater! I LIVE IN TEXAS! I don't want a sweater! No telling what it might look like when and if she ever finishes it! I did have fun though when I grabbed the yarn and ran around with it! HEE HEE HEE! It doesn't take much to slow her up! LMAO!

I still laugh at my mommy when she tries to belly dance! I do a much better belly dance than she does. She looks funny! LMAO STILL!

Sammy is doing much better.... he can see much better than he could when he came home... still not 100%, but that's okay! :) He still looks very silly in his cone!

sammy's home!!!!

Sammy's home! Sammy came home after his surgery on Thursday... he doesn't look so good. He has to wear this stupid cone on his head. I don't think he likes it much. I don't know exactly what they did to him, looks kind of like they beat him up! His eye was all swollen and it was bleeding. Mommy said they didn't, she said they but a special valve in his eye.... what's a valve? I don't know but I don't think I want one! When he came home, he couldn't see AT ALL, now he's seeing better. Well I hope he doesn't have to leave again... I don't like staying home alone!

911 bad day! bad day! bad day!

I don't think I've ever had a worse day. I had to stay home alone! I woke up this morning and got Sammy up, but he didn't want to follow me anywhere! He couldn't see! I got Mommy and we started medicating his eye, we were getting very worried because his eye wasn't responding. Finally after about 30 minutes of not much results, Mommy started with the "hail mary" emergency medications! It was really bad and I was very scared! I would of even been more scared had I know that I was going to have to stay home alone all day! Anyway his eye started responding and he could see, but Mommy still had to take him to the opthalhmolgist. He stayed there all day and I had to stay home alone! It was so scary here without Sammy! Mommy finally came home with him later... but, he has to have surgery on Thursday. I will have to stay home alone that day too! They also gave him additional meds, he's going to be taking prednisone... which means I'm going to have to watch my food so that he doesn't steal it! I wish I had some light hearted new, but I don't. Sammy and I will appreciate your thoughts on Thursday. Love Isa
